What sizes do you offer?

We currently offer sizes Small, Medium, Large as well as custom sizing. Please refer to our size guide.

How long will it take to ship my order?

   Our lingerie & accessories are handmade to order, offering you the option to specify your size and measurements for the perfect fit. Made to order also means producing less waste and being more sustainable. Please note we are currently not accepting any custom work (designs/colors) due to very high demand.

   All made to order items are handmade and subject to a production queue. The current fulfillment time as of July 5th 2024 is approximately 2-6 weeks. Fulfillment time is subject to change. Larger orders may take longer to fulfill and therefore ship. Fulfillment times do not include shipping times and we can not be held responsible for any delays in the delivery of your order. 

All ready to ship items will be shipped within 1-2 business days after placing the order. 

We are always happy to assist you with any queries regarding your shipment. Queries should be sent to or by replying to your order's confirmation email. When emailing about an existing order, please include your order # and name, this will help speed up our response. Please check your spam folder as replies may end up thereWhile it may take some time to fulfill your order, you know you are getting something special made just for you.

Upon placing an order, you will automatically be sent an Order Confirmation. Check your Spam/Junk folder for the email. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email including a tracking link. If you have registered your mobile number, you will also receive a shipping notification by text.

Do you offer custom designs?

Currently we do not accept custom design requests. 

What are the care instructions?

Our lingerie & harnesses are handmade & dainty. Handle with care.
  • Hand wash ONLY. Do not exceed 30°C, use a gentle detergent.
  • Air dry flat. Do not tumble dry.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Do not iron.
  • Minor color bleeding may occur due to hand dyed elastics. 
Taking good care of your lingerie & harnesses will prolong their lifespan and help them stay looking beautiful like the day they were made.

Where are you based and do you offer International shipping?

We are based in the Athens, Greece and yes, we offer International shipping.


We are working as normal, but we are experiencing shipping delays, especially with packages traveling overseas. Packages can take up to 8 weeks to get delivered. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include a tracking number. Because of the delays, tracking may take a while to update. Unfortunately this is out of our hands.
