MADE TO ORDER

Our lingerie is handmade to order, with standard sizing and made-to-measure options for a personalised fit. Producing each piece to order helps reduce excess stock.

Custom designs are currently unavailable due to high demand.

PRODUCTION & DISPATCH

As of 16 January 2026, the estimated production time is 3–10 weeks. Each piece is made by hand and enters our production queue when ordered. This timeframe may change, and larger orders may require additional time.

Production times do not include shipping. Delivery delays caused by the carrier are outside our control.

Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1–2 business days of ordering.

ORDER UPDATES

You will receive an order confirmation by email after placing your order. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. If you provided your mobile number, you will also receive a shipping notification by text.
